Who We Are
Braxim is a done-for-you B2B lead generation service operated by Brax Agency LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This website is operated from the United States and our services are directed to businesses located in the United States. When we run an outbound campaign, the client approves the target customer profile and the messaging, and Braxim selects who to contact within that profile using business contact data we source from independent third-party providers.
What Information We Collect
On this website: contact details you submit through our forms or by email (such as name, work email, company, and the business context you provide), and usage data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited). You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
For outreach campaigns: business contact information (name, job title, work email, employer, company domain), publicly available information about the employer, campaign engagement records, and the content of any reply you send. This information relates to you in your professional capacity. We license it from independent B2B data providers and public business sources rather than collecting it from you directly, which is why you may hear from us without having contacted us. Those providers obtained and hold your information under their own privacy policies, and removing yourself from our records does not remove you from theirs. We do not knowingly process information about anyone under 18.

Who We Share Information With
Service providers that support our operations, in these categories: email sending and infrastructure platforms, cloud database and hosting providers, workflow automation and scheduling tools, and AI-assisted processing tools used to help run campaigns and route replies. We also share relevant contact and reply information with the client on whose behalf you were contacted. We do not rent, license, or sell outreach contact information to other parties for their own marketing.
How Our Outreach Works
Campaigns are sent on behalf of identified client companies, from email domains that Braxim registers and operates, under the name of a real person at the client company. Every message names the client, carries an accurate physical postal address, and includes a working way to opt out. Replies are received in Braxim-managed inboxes; during qualification Braxim responds on the client's behalf, and qualified conversations are handed to the client.
Opting Out
You can opt out of outreach at any time, at no cost, by replying to any message with a request to be removed or by using the unsubscribe link in our messages. We act on opt-out requests promptly and within the time required by law. We keep a minimal record of an opted-out email address indefinitely, because deleting it would allow that address to be contacted again; that record is used only to keep the opt-out enforced.
Retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.
Tracking and Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across third-party websites, and we do not allow third parties to collect information on our site for their own advertising purposes. Our analytics are measurement-only. Because no cross-site tracking takes place, our site does not respond to Do Not Track or similar browser signals, and this paragraph is our disclosure of that fact.
